    • If the problem is due to incorrect configuration or misuse by the customer.
    • If you are using unsupported devices or software.

Exchanges

If you encounter technical difficulties, we encourage you to contact our customer service for help. In many cases, we can solve the problem or propose a subscription replacement instead of a refund.

Non-refundable products

  • Subscriptions already used for more than 7 days.
  • Promotional or trial subscriptions.
  • Any problem caused by third-party applications or devices not recommended by us.
